Klimt's mosaic-style Fulfilment, a forerunner of The Kiss: a couple embracing against a broadly gold background.

  • Klimt's Fulfilment as a 1000-piece puzzle: a golden, mosaic-style vision of love from the painter of The Kiss.

Part of a series that predates The Kiss, it shows a couple with the man's back turned to the viewer, shielding his lover while revealing her rapt face, his head bent to the level of hers. A broadly gold background sets them apart from ordinary, earthly love. Gustav Klimt (1862–1918) was an Austrian symbolist painter and one of the most prominent members of the Vienna Secession.
